Little Obsessions Policies.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Cheque, or PayPal (tm).

1. Little Obsessions will verify your order and the status of items you have ordered by email before the order is shipped to insure accuracy and availability. Please do not send money until you receive confirmation that it is ready to ship.
2. Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment if the items are in stock. (checks must clear the bank first)
3. PayPal charges for their services. In order to keep our overall charges low these charges will be passed on to customers using PayPal.

Refunds And Exchanges:

(1)The customer must request a return authorization from Little Obsessions by email within 15 days of the date of shipment of the item(s). Items returned without authorization will not be refunded.
(2)The item(s) must arrive in the same condition it was shipped out in within 20 days of initial shipment date. (special arrangements may be made for overseas orders)
(3)Customer pays all shipping costs associated with return or exchange.
(4) Insurance is required, unless buyer will assume responsibility if received broken or lost.
(5)Little Obsessions reserves the right to limit returns if the priveledge is abused.
(6)NO Exchange of items sold 'As Is' or marked 'No Exchange'

Breakage in Shipping

1. Little Obsessions offers optional postal insurance to all customers. There is no other guarantee provided. 2. It is the customer's responsibility to retain ALL packaging. 3.The customer must initiate the claim through the post office and the post office requires the damaged items and the packaging to be presented at the time of the claim. 4. Failure to follow these procedures will result in the customer bearing any losses.
